Regardless of the type of claim that you have, Jaeckle Distributors makes every effort to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.  We understand how unpleasant a claim situation can be and we eliminate those frustrations through timely communication and quick results.

Our claims coordinator will work with you and the manufacturer to streamline the process and get a resolution.  From the day a claim is received into our Madison office, our goal is to have the claim resolved in 30 days or less.  If an inspection is not required for the claim, our goal is to have the claim resolved in 14 days or less.

Though we try to keep claims to a minimum, invariably some situations do arise.  We are here to make the claims process as worry-free and stress-free as can be.
